By purchasing this report, you agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality

The report may contain information that could potentially identify individual study participants. While we have taken industry-standard steps to protect confidentiality, certain contexts unknown to us may lead to identification. You agree to review the report carefully before any dissemination to ensure that no confidential or identifying information is being released. If you identify any such information, you must notify SoundRocket immediately. SoundRocket will work with you to further mask the data to protect confidentiality.

2. Use of Data and Reports

You may use the data and reports as indicated in these terms, including sharing and publishing, provided that you include the following attribution:

“Data used in this article were collected as part of a SoundRocket campus climate survey. For further information regarding that study, please contact SoundRocket via www.soundrocket.com.”

3. Data and Reports Ownership and License

SoundRocket retains ownership of all rights, including intellectual property rights, in the data and reports. By purchasing this report, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-revocable license to use the data and reports as indicated in these terms.
