Unit Report Order Form

As part of the University of Minnesota (U of M) Study of Institutional Discovery, Inclusivity, and Belonging (SBID), a summary report of survey data will be created for the institution. Individual units can also order a report, following the same format as the main report. U of M has secured a significant discount for early orders.

The final 2024 U of M report is currently in development, with final details expected by late Spring 2025 after data collection closes. Unit reports are standardized reports and are not customized in any other way other than being filtered by responders who are affiliated with the unit. Custom reporting is available on request.

The 2024 U of M SIDIB data and institutional report will be available in the late Spring to early Summary of 2025.

Response Minimums to Receive a Report

Individual units will be eligible to receive unit-specific reports if they collect at least 15 responses from a population group (undergraduate students, graduate students, staff, or faculty). Reports will include data for all groups in each unit, but data for any group with fewer than 15 responses will be suppressed for confidentiality purposes.

Custom Report Options

Custom reports can be created by combining units, providing SoundRocket with a list of individuals for a custom unit, or using other institutional or survey variables. These custom reports have an additional fee (details below). Please request a consultation with a SoundRocket researcher to discuss custom options if you are considering a custom report.

Ordering Process and Pricing

Report ordering opens in January 2024 and will remain available through mid-2025. Early orders may qualify for discounts and prioritized delivery. Pricing details are as follows:

• Base price for a unit report: $899
• Discounted rates:
• Orders placed and paid for January 5pm on January 31 , 2025: $599; report generated with priority alongside main UOM reports.
• Orders placed and paid for after January 31, but before February 19, 2025: $699; report generated first-come, first-served after prior orders.
• Orders placed and paid for on or after February 19, 2025, but before March 6, 2025: $799.
• Orders placed and paid for on or after March 6, 2025: $899.
• Reports will not be considered ordered until they are fully paid for.
• Payment Policy
• P-card / Credit Card payment is recommended.  This will ensure that you receive the appropriate discount level and will expedite the process of generating your report.
• If necessary, a check payment using a PO is acceptable, however, please allow for at least 30 days for the payment to be received to ensure that you receive the desired discount.
• Check orders must have a valid PO accompanying them.
• Refund Policy
• No refunds will be given, as the work to generate your report will begin immediately after the order is received.

Refund Exception: Units that purchase a report but do not reach the 15-response threshold within a population will receive a full refund.
